SEO - SEM
What is search engine optimization (SEO)?
Search engine optimization, or SEO, is a method of influencing the visibility of web pages in the non-sponsored, or “natural” results of search engines and directories. Generally, the higher your website appears in the search results and the higher its ranking, the more visitors your site will receive.
What is search engine marketing (SEM)?
Search engine marketing involves purchasing sponsored links, also referred to as pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. The sponsored links generated by your online campaign will appear alongside the search results (usually on the right side of the SEO results). Advertisers purchase visibility for their pages by using an auction system to determine a position on specific queries or given keywords. One of the advantages of sponsored PPC links is that advertisers pay only when Internet users click on their link. Sponsored links are purchased from search engines that deliver pay-per-click ads, such as Microsoft AdCenter and Google Adwords. In order to guarantee your SEM campaigns are of top quality, Linkeo’s SEO service will be in charge of purchasing your keywords from the most popular search engines.
Can I pay Google or Bing to improve my SEO, so that my site appears among the first results of a search?
Sorry, the system only allows sponsored links to appear above and to the right of natural results
Why do I need SEO?
Even the most eye-catching websites won’t generate contacts if they can’t be found by Internet users. Prospects use search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo to find companies like yours. The purpose of having a website is to attract and inform these potential buyers, and make them your customers.
Can I modify my website content myself?
Yes, thanks to the content-management system included in all our packages, you can quickly and easily modify most of your Website content.
How can I modify my Website’s content?
You can use our content management section, which lets you make changes yourself to the text and other content from your Web browser. You can also call our Webmaster service or e-mail us at the number/address provided in your welcome guide.
If I’d rather not make changes myself, can you do it for me?
Yes, we can. Depending on the package you have selected, you’ll be entitled to a certain number of changes made by our Webmaster. All you need to do is call us our e-mail us at the number/address provided in your welcome guide.
How to successfully implement a SoLoMo campaign?
What does the word SoLoMo mean?
The word SoLoMo is an acronym for Social Local Mobile, a company philosophy that is adopted in the management thought process and implemented at a practical level.
“Social” because in today's world, the notions of sharing content, exchange of ideas and networking are more common.
“Local” because technology and networking have allowed people in their communities to get to know each other better and benefit from certain advantages as a result of proximity.
Finally “Mobile” because since 2013 a boom in smartphone utilization has caused the device to be employed for more than just that of making calls.
Today, it is possible for the average cell phone owner to use their device to send messages, play games, browse the internet and make online purchases.
All this is possible due to the fact that the typical consumer nowadays is hyper-connected and able to access information from just about anywhere, in various ways and in real time.
