DEBT COLLECTION OFFICER

We are currently looking for someone having between 2 and 5 years of experience in debt collections to join us as a Collections Officer. You will report to the North America Director of Operations.

 

YOUR MISSIONS:

  • Management and follow-up of collection cases:

- You will be responsible for the entire collection process, from the reporting of cases by the accounting department to their resolution.
- Ensuring that clients with late payments are called
- Ensuring that procedures in place are followed
- Capture actions and performances in order to analyze KPIs

  • Collaboration of services:

- Ensuring collaboration of sales departments
- Set up and lead monthly meetings with the sales and accounting departments

  • Preparations for legal proceedings:

- Preparing files for sending petitions.
- Generate homes
- Communicating files to the law firm and providing the necessary information for case preparation purposes
- Participate in legal proceedings (mediation, witness in court, etc.).

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- You are serious and professional.
- You have between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience
- You have an analytical mind
- You're an extremely organized person
- Excell and Word have no secrets for you.
- You are at least bilingual (French and English) and trilingual (Spanish) to impress us.

TEAM LEADER

YOUR MISSIONS:

- Organize the weekly sales team meetings: analysis of results, continuous training, individual interviews.
- Supervise and coach the sales team's prospecting sessions
- Accompany sales representatives to ensure the development of your team
- Verify that your sales team's weekly administrative tasks are completed according to company procedures and guidelines in a timely and accurate manner
- Recruit sales team members through different platforms: social media, resume acquisition, references, etc.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 2 years of experience in managing, coaching and training a sales team (preferably in digital sales)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Results-oriented, organized and ambitious
- Experience in digital marketing would be an asset
- Good computer knowledge
- Have a valid driver's license and car insurance.
